Guide to the International Registration of industrial Designs under te hague Agreement / OMPI

This Guide is divided into three Parts. Parí A gives a brief general introduction in the Hague system. It aiso includes explanations as to how a State or an intergovemmental organization can become a member of the Hague Unión and pro vides an outline of the various declarations and notifications that may be made under the Hai-me system. Parí B deals with the intemational procedures, that is to say, the intrrnational registration procedure and other procedures required for the recording oí cvents which may affect an intemational registration (such as changes in ownership, n-fusals of protection, etc.). Parí C contains the full texts of the three Acts, the Coinmon Regulations and the Administrative Instructions.
